Hey, I'm Saffron. Most people who know me well just call me Saff.

I'm 35 and recently became a first-time mum to my little girl.

I've always been driven and I've worked hard to create a career I'm proud of. It's a

really important part of who I am.

That said, right now I'm absolutely loving maternity leave!

For me, this has never been about choosing one path over another. It's about creating

more possibilities for the future.

I've always believed it's possible to be grateful for what you have while still being

excited about what's next.

Because I don't think wanting more means you're ungrateful. I think it simply means

you're open to what's possible.

If you know me already, you'll know I love chatting about holidays. I love hearing where

people are off to, swapping recommendations and hearing all the stories that made the

trip — the good bits, the funny bits and everything in between.

Somewhere along the way, I realised travel could become so much more than a

holiday. It could become the vehicle for creating more income, more flexibility and

more opportunities — because together, those things create more choice.

Since then, it's given me new experiences, opportunities for personal growth,

introduced me to some incredible women and shown me what's possible when you're

open to saying yes to something new.

Perhaps most importantly, it's helped me realise that creating more choice in life

doesn't happen overnight — it starts with one decision to begin.

For a long time, I thought I needed to be further ahead before I shared this part of my life.

Now I've realised there's no perfect moment to begin. Sometimes the most meaningful

stories are the ones shared as they're still unfolding.

I'm not sharing this because I've reached the finish line. I'm sharing it because I know

what it feels like to spend too long waiting for the 'right time'.

Because if my story gives another woman the confidence to back herself a little sooner

than I did, it'll always be worth sharing.

It's been so inspiring to see the women I've met through this business creating

something different for themselves.

I've come to realise that success looks different to every one of us. Whether that's

creating an extra income for family holidays, building a long-term business, having

more flexibility or simply feeling part of something bigger, there's no right or wrong

version of success.

I love that we all get to define it for ourselves.

For me, one of the most rewarding parts of this journey is watching other women discover what's possible.

The moments we celebrate — her first trip, her first commission, her first milestone, and that moment she realises,

'I actually did it.'

And when one woman realises what's possible, she inspires another to believe she can too.
